Cancellations received more than 7 days before the training: Eligible for a full refund, minus administrative fees (if applicable).
Cancellations received within 7 days of the training: Not eligible for a refund, but participant may be allowed to defer attendance to a future session (subject to availability).
No-shows (without prior notice): Will be charged the full fee and are not eligible for a refund or deferment.
Substitutions of participants are allowed at any time with prior notice.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the training due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, participants may opt for a full refund or transfer to another scheduled training without additional charges.
